To access this report from your Home page, in the Members section click on the Enrolled By link. 

The report will appear.  Click on the "Locations" link to select the locations you want to report on.  Change the date range to reflect the time period you want to report on. 

The report shows the total # of customers enrolled by employee, and their lifetime $ spent.

"No Server Identified" will be for customers who enrolled themselves online or via web site sign up.
