    Coming from an Indian background, food really matters and pizza twist nailed it with its innovative combinations and the vegan varieties. I highly recommend this place. If you're vegetarian or vegan trying to find that perfect pizza, this is your place. Highly recommend the paneer tikka masala pizza which took me back to India and vegan combination pizza.

  2. online order notification

    Everytime we get and online order, sometimes we miss it because the printer is far or the oven is noisy and cannot hear the order printing. It would be great if the IPAD could ring everytime we have an online order. We can connect the ipad to our bluetooth speakers to amplify the sound so we never miss the order. Thanks

    I ordered delicious pizza last night and was having issues with the website on my phone and couldn't order online or join the rewards club.   5. Salds, crusts

    Remember to put black olives and a peppercini on the chef salads. The crust on my pizza was to tough as well. I still give 5 stars for taste.

    This is the first day of business at the Highland, IL Imos so I suppose there are some adjustments to be made with the ovens.

    I can't wait to make my next Imos order that will include fried wings and not "baked" wings.

  6. Better formatting for survey response.

    Please, please do something to update the "reply to" for people who have completed a survey. The plain text reply option is really bad, and looks unprofessional compared to the regular campaign emails. Even a choice of one neatly formatted HTML template would be nice. Thanks!

    Hi Richard! Thanks for the suggestion about the “reply to” on completed surveys. Its definitely something we can add to the wish list. Of course, as a workaround, you could send a HTML template broadcast email to that one customer, but that would be a few extra steps. Interestingly, I’ve seen a trend lately where a lot of companies are using plain text emails for a more “personal” approach on sales & service issues (something that doesn’t look like it came out of the marketing machine).

    We’ll add it to the wish list!

  8. Address Lookup St Abbreviation Autocomplete- Big ISSUE

    We have lots of orders that we type the "East" or "West" and the autocomplete wants an "E" or "W" and will NOT map unless it gets the abbreviation and not the whole "East". Ironically, the system will change the name to the full word "East" after you enter it with "E". Why it wont autocomplete the same way I have no idea. But it messes our mapping up a lot and causes us to have to be very careful training cashiers.

    Point ratio based on X visits within X days. For example, customer's first visit earns 1 point per $. 2nd visit within 30 days earns 2 points per $. 3rd visit earns 3 points - etc.

    The Promo Codes feature lets customers visit your rewards site and enter a promo code to sign up for the program and receive a special, alternative offer. Expand this function to allow existing customers to "claim" an offer and to automatically tag customers when they enter a promo code.

    Currently, bonus points can be awarded to customers who refer other customers. Add an option to allow an offer to be issued instead when a referree completes their first transaction.

  17. Deduct points at redemption rather than issue

    Currently, points are deducted from a customer account when a reward is issued - regardless of whether the customer uses that reward. Give an option to deduct only when the reward is redeemed, so the customer can choose to keep earning more points and going for a bigger reward.
