Text to Join
Note: Your SalesBuilder account must be activated for text messaging. In some cases, this may require a subscription upgrade. If you do not have text messaging options visible on your account, contact your account manager.
Setting you your SMS Keyword:
Your location(s) are identified by a unique keyword that customers will text the system to join. To configure this, navigate to My Account > Account Settings and expand the Program Settings section. Scroll down to SMS settings.
Add a unique Keyword here, that will be easy for customers to enter and unique per location.
Here you have the option to "Show email field on mobile sign up form", if YES this will give the customer the option to enter their e-mail and have e-mail as their primary communication method.
Text to Join:
Customers can text your keyword to the shortcode 69775. They will receive back a link. When they click on the link, they'll see the sign up form. (E-mail is optional as per the setting mentioned above)
Once the customer joins, they will automatically be added to the reward campaign either using text or e-mail, as per their preference above.
