Give option to use "points" or "visits"
Allow the choice between "Points" or "Visits" Also allow us to be able to segment our database based on whichever way we choose.

Have a "Log In" for current members link on rewards sign up page.
Have an option/button for current rewards members to click on our points signup page and be able to log in and see there points, edit their profile, add an affiliate etc.... The only way to do that for them now is to click the link in an email broadcast.

Track employee name at enrollment
Add to POS integration the ability to track the employee name who enrolled the customer.

Limit trigger based on tag
Allow triggered messages to be limited based on customer tags. So for example, you could set up different messages for customers who are tagged "Catering".

Survey response trigger (based on results)
Option to send a message based on a customer completing a survey and scoring above / below a certain score. For instance, customers who score you all As could get a special message inviting them to post a review on Yelp.

Limit triggers to customers who have ordered within X days.
For example, only send the anniversary gift to customers who have ordered in the past 90 days, to limit sending it to customers who do not regularly patronize the restaurant (or you could have a lesser offer that is sent to those).

Give Referral bonus after new customer has spent money
Instead of giving customers a referral bonus just for signing someone up, wait until that new customer has spent money in the program.
