Hi Richard! Thanks for the suggestion about the “reply to” on completed surveys. Its definitely something we can add to the wish list. Of course, as a workaround, you could send a HTML template broadcast email to that one customer, but that would be a few extra steps. Interestingly, I’ve seen a trend lately where a lot of companies are using plain text emails for a more “personal” approach on sales & service issues (something that doesn’t look like it came out of the marketing machine).

I agree with Richard. I would like something that looks more professional too. It definitely doesn't have to be fancy, just better than what we've got. My regular email from gmail looks better than the replies that I send out through Grandbury. Sometimes I just copy the email address and send through my work email.Ashley Isaacs supported this idea ·
