Hi Richard! Thanks for the suggestion about the “reply to” on completed surveys. Its definitely something we can add to the wish list. Of course, as a workaround, you could send a HTML template broadcast email to that one customer, but that would be a few extra steps. Interestingly, I’ve seen a trend lately where a lot of companies are using plain text emails for a more “personal” approach on sales & service issues (something that doesn’t look like it came out of the marketing machine).

I agree with both comments. Gmail looks better and is much easier to use for most end users. This needs to be made more user friendly for less tech minded people.
